As a woman in my 40s with zero strength training experience, working with Rosh was one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my health. When I started training with him, I was overweight, out of shape, and had no idea how to lift weights properly. In less than a year, I steadily lost weight, reached a normal body weight, built muscle, and became significantly stronger. The process was sustainable and focused on long-term results rather than quick fixes.
